IQ Option – this broker is a little bit different

IQ Option was a very young broker and the big guys did not really take them seriously. The reason was that they were trying to use a very different approach. While most brokers tried to look serious and act like an investement company, for example by using the word “bank” in their name and charging a lot of money for the first deposits, IQ Option did pretty much the opposite. They were running big campaigns on Facebook, sponsoring formula one teams and targeted younger and “smaller” traders. Those who do not want to spend $1000 but just want to deposit $10 and see how they are doing.

With this approach it was possible to become the largest binary options broker in the world with millions of customers around the world. They original home base was the Russian market but thanks to regulatory changes they pulled out. This was not a big deal because IQ Option really operates on a global scale and is not dependent on any single market.
There are two legal entities: IQ Option Europe Ltd. is registered at Cyprus, and is regulated by CySEC. Regulated countries are: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, United Kingdom. IQ Option Ltd. is registered at Seychelles, this entity is not regulated.

Our thoughts on IQ Option: This broker is the most reliable and easiest to use no matter your current skills. But if you are new to the world of binary options trading (or financial trading in general) there’s no doubt that this is the broker you should go with. Especially their superior platform, the $10 minimum deposit and $1 minimum option size – it really is a no brainer.
